Role Overview
We’re seeking a Digital Account Manager who is ready to learn and grow within the digital marketing space. In this role, you’ll manage client relationships, assist with campaign planning and execution and collaborate as a team to ensure clients meet their business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Support the planning, execution and monitoring of digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Paid Social and SEO.
  • Collaborate both internally and externally to ensure strategies align with client business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and assist in preparing reports to highlight key insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a client-facing or account management role.
  • Basic understanding of key digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, SEO and Paid Social.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
